Sudafed Plus Blocked Nose Nasal Spray is specifically formulated to have a triple effect that unblocks, soothes, and helps protect a blocked and irritated nose caused by sinusitis, colds, and allergies.
Sudafed Plus Blocked Nose Nasal Spray contains Xylometazoline Hydrochloride and Dexpanthenol.
Xylometazoline unblocks the nose by reducing the swelling of the nasal mucosa
Dexpanthenol soothes and helps protect the irritated nasal lining.
The spray can offer nasal congestion relief in minutes and last for up to 10 hours.
Simply position the nozzle at the entrance to each nostril and give the bottle head a gentle press. Breathe in through the nose at the same time.

Dosage: One spray into each nostril up to three times a day
Do not exceed the stated dose.

Each ml of nasal spray, solution, contains 1 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride and 50 mg dexpanthenol. Contains Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, Disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, Water for injections
Read the package leaflet before use. Do not use if you:
are allergic to xylometazoline, dexpanthenol or any of the ingredients in this medicine.
are under 12 years of age.
have dry inflammation of the lining of the nose.
have had your pituitary gland removed.
have had recent brain surgery.
are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, drugs for depression known as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you have:
high blood pressure or heart disease (e.g., long QT syndrome)
elevated pressure inside the eye (glaucoma), particularly if you suffer from narrow-angle glaucoma
chronic rhinitis
an overactive thyroid gland
diabetes
adrenal marrow tumour (pheochromocytoma)
a metabolic disorder called porphyria
an enlarged prostate.
Using the spray wrongly, or using too much, can cause side effects. Using the spray for too long or at too high a dose may cause swelling and possibly damage the lining of the nose. Avoid direct contact of this medicine with the eyes. If you are taking any other medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product. Discard 3 months after opening. Do not store above 25°C. Keep out of the sight and reach of children
